Requirements:
High school diploma/GED, Valid driver’s license, Prefer at least two (2) years of carpentry experience. Must have full range of mobility. Must be able to reach overhead. Must be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently throughout assigned workday

for Bus drivers in McDowell and Mingo Counties.
Job Summary: Provides scheduled transportation to Head Start parents and children to and from the center, on field trips and special activities. Drivers work in the center during non-driving hours, under the direction of the site supervisor. Drivers must observe all the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration Safety Handbook; must have a working knowledge of Head Start and preschool children; must possess the ability to communicate
with Head Start children, parents, and staff.
Education: High School Diploma or GED. CDL with Passenger and S Endorsements.
Experience: Prior bus driving experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 7 am – 4 pm
