Applicants must have general knowledge about plumbing and electricity. Prefer experience with oversight of construction projects, obtaining bids, completing cost analysis, etc. Must be willing to obtain additional certifications as required.
Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and at least one (1) year of carpentry or maintenance experience.
Rate of pay - $16/hour. Excellent benefit package includes insurance, retirement, paid leave (to be discussed at time of interview).

Job Summary: Provides assistance in all areas regarding classroom operations, in order to ensure adherence to Head Start Performance Standards.

for Bus drivers in McDowell and Mingo Counties.
Job Summary: Provides scheduled transportation to Head Start parents and children to and from the center, on field trips and special activities. Drivers work in the center during non-driving hours, under the direction of the site supervisor. Drivers must observe all the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration Safety Handbook; must have a working knowledge of Head Start and preschool children; must possess the ability to communicate
with Head Start children, parents, and staff.
Education: High School Diploma or GED. CDL with Passenger and S Endorsements.
Experience: Prior bus driving experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 7 am – 4 pm
